Planner – Data Centre Construction, Dublin 

Our client is one of the biggest design and build contractors in the Nordics. They were established 10+ years ago and set up to specifically focus on data centre construction schemes. They have grown to number 1500+ staff across multiple European offices and have recently opened an office in Dublin, Ireland 

We are now seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join the team based in the Dublin office delivering complex data centre projects across Ireland and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed project programmes from pre-construction through to completion
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Collaborate with project, design, and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery
Support tender planning and bid submissions with accurate, competitive programmes

Requirements:

Extensive planning experience in the construction industry, ideally on data centre or M&E-heavy projects
Proficient in planning software (Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, etc.)
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Based in or willing to relocate to Dublin, with some European travel
